What Is Our Hiring Process?
Please note that this represents Sharp School Services’ standard hiring process. However, depending on the urgency of the role, its location, and level, the process may be adjusted as needed to best support organizational priorities.
We strive to review every application submitted. Due to the high volume of applications, status updates may take approximately 2-4 weeks.
During this 20-minute phone call or Zoom meeting, our team will learn more about your background as it relates to the position. This will also be an opportunity for you to gain additional insights into the role.
If your application is selected to move forward, the next step is usually a 45-minute Zoom call with members of the training team, department or studio.
After accepting a verbal offer and signing your written offer letter, you will receive communication from the HR team to begin your onboarding process, which includes: 1. Completing a drug screening, 2. Submitting all required documentation as outlined by HR, 3. Receiving necessary equipment from the IT department approximately two days before your start date.
